External View in Destroyer Command

Hello all.

Anybody know how to get the external view in Destroyer Command? For the life of me I cannot find any key command for it.

also... if anyone knows.... how do you get the shiny water?

Enable external camera in OPTIONS - gets everyone that one.

...and then move the mouse pointer to the top when you are in the 3D view (F3).
