SH4 will not open after patch [RESOLVED]

Just installed SH4 and it runs fine. Patched to 1.1 and app will not open. Just get hour glass appearing for a few seconds but nothing happens. Reinstalled and patched both manually and by using Update Launcher. No help. Anyone have any ideas?

Make sure you dont have any virtual CD drives on the system as patch 1.1 doesnt agree with that situation whereas 1.0 works fine.

BINGO!!!! I had a virtual CD drive installed but no virtual CD was mounted. I really resent these game makers dictating what you can or can not have on your computer. I may just return this program and tell them to stick it. Anyway thank you very much for your solution. Best regards,
