Can anyone help me out. I've never had this problem before and I have LOADS of disk space.

You can try emptying the Temp folder
Its usually used while movies being converted and gets pretty full quick
Other than that not sure
The movie wasnt on an external drive was it ?

There were 123 temp files so I deleted them. Will give it another try.
No external drive; three hard drives.

What are you virtual-memory settings?
Try system-managed size.

Where or how do I find virtual memory?

First Defrag your C-drive.
Then R-click on My Computer, go to Properties/Advanced/Performance/Settings/Advanced/VirtualMemory/Change, Set to System managed size on C, click OK, and reboot when adviced.
Defrag again (the big green chunck should be your virtual memory).
How much RAM do you have anyway?

Thanks. I'll have to wait until late evening to try this.
Strange stuff. If all else fails try reinstalling fraps.

Okay, I will try that. About the Ulead Video 9, I cannot find anywhere where I can download it. I could only find where I could download #10 Plus and I can't figure that one out, plus it installs Quick Time and I don't use it.

Well I guess my movie making days are OVER!!!
I cannot get Windows Movie Maker to make a movie 9 MB :damn:
I tried it with a small 4 MB and it made the movie, I don't know what's going on.
I tried Ulead Video Studio 10 and it would not let me use the Fraps vids I made, plus I didn't know how to use the program. :damn: It says there is not enough memory. but I have 1 Gig of RAM.
So, I'm at a loss as to what to do.
I really loved making movies of my missions, but I guess that's all over now as I have no idea what's wrong with Windows Movie Maker.
I've tried everything suggested, but NO GO.
I even tried redoing the Part 1, but I still got the same error of Fraps codec. I uninstalled and reinstalled Fraps, but still nothing.

For correct functionality, Fraps needs to be installed while you're on your Administrator Account...maybe that's the issue?

It was. I worked okay before, but now it is acting up. I am always on my Administrator account.

Is it possible that there is something wrong with my Windows Movie Maker?
