I tweek my torpedo load using Wolfies Tweek pac.
When I start my game using SH3CMDR, it changes the loadout.
How can I stop Commander from doing this?
Rob
Additional: I checked the crew regarding the medals that were awarded from the last mission, and those medals were not there that the crew received.
WHY NOT???
I use Commander to start every game. So, shouldn't the medals still be there???
if you're using cmdr to hand out the medals
did you forget to press apply when you handed out the medal the the crew man (has to be pressed everytime you hand out a medal/whatever to a crewman)

Hi Morts
The medals were earned after my last patrol. But when I checked the crew, they did NOT have those medals. So, I went into Commander and "re-awarded" those medals.
And I was using Commander to load the games when those medals were awarded at the end of the mission. Medals and promotions affects the integrety of the crew.

As SH3Cmdr does not touch the torpedo loadout, I guess you simply forgot to rollback SH3Cmdr before making the loadout changes. In other words, your Tweekpak changes are getting overwritten by your previously backed up SH3Cmdr files. ;)

Thanks for the info. I had done that before for 44 and 45 so I'm not sure what happened.
