Weather in Mission Editor

Hey so i love using the Mission Editor but i want to great a mission where there is really bad weather, a very large storm and a huge sea and air battle? So how do i create such a Large Storm?

At the top under edit open mission parameters all the
weather settings are in the box at the bottom
