Liuetenant Commander Johnny Morton of the USS Sunfish patrolling in the East China Sea(one T2 tanker and one C2 Cargo freighter sunk) is still trying to tune in to RADIO WASHINGTON. Nothing but static. Crew threatening to mutiny. I have the music turned on. Is Radio Washinton just the shell music? Also, no gramaphone records-just shell music. Sigh.....any suggestions....otherwise the game is fantastic.

2) Radio Washington is the shell music plus some news snippets.

Radio Washington is definitly there, you just are probably out of range. Stick around near Midway/Pearl Harbour and you're bound to get it.
