Okay I was heading back to base to resupply my torpedo loads when BOOM! a destroyer was closing in on me at 33 knots and heading my way from 4000 yards, I order to go to my scope depth to evade his radar, :ping: when he got close he reduce speed and began to look for me, he wasn't pinging yet so I went into silent mode, I think he heard me and started to head straight my way at 1700 yards so deep I go I ordered my man to head to 150 feet when I got to 135 feet all hell broke loose and flooding all over the boat and sunk I was, the destroyer didn't even drop one depth charge on me so I saved him lots of ash cans to use on me, :damn: now I know the salmon class sub can dive to a Operating Depth: of 250 feet so what the hell happen? I don't see any stealth meter in this game to see how much noise I'm making, and there are weird injuries that afect the crewman, are they killing each other on board or something, the deck gun can't seem to stay fixed it always get damage for no reason. And also I see man manning the deck gun under water LOL! I do have the latest patch v1.1 so I look forward to the next one.

That's just a WAG, but are you sure the sea was actually 150 ft deep at this spot?

Depth under keel was over 3098 feet :yep:

if you pinged for depth under kmeel its likely you got depth charged and the first one was a critical hit

Had you been damaged at all earlier?

I guess you had been damaged before, made repairs, but the repairs weren't up to the kind of pressure you got at ~135ft....

No, I had no damage at all in my mission in enemy waters when this happen other then the deck gun bug damage that gets fix and then fails, so thats why i'm confused as to the topic that I'm talking about.

Perhaps they gave you a defective pressure hull.:ping:

The deck gun damage bug might have been enough to do it... who knows.

Damage is all screwy.

As far as I've seen, the deck gun problem occurs once you have taken damage....so the fact that you were having the deck issue implies you were damaged at some point. Possibly occurred under high TC somewhere and you didn't notice.

But, well who knows, maybe there's yet another bug. If there is a bug, you should investigate it and see if you can find a repeatable process so it can be fixed.
