Wreck of U-534 in DANGER! - Please read and help

many of you know about the unknown future of u-534. after the musuem at birkenhead had closed, there was a petition, what happend to it? (http://www.mylostoppos.com/petition/latest.htm) its offline. i must know who initiated it and what happend to the collected signs, cause we want to send a signed letter with all signets of supporters to the owner, make him help us to get the boat back to hamburg harbour, where it was born. there it should be reopened for the public and preserved as a musuem!

please help!
