These people should be charged with Treason and hung at dawn. Giving this type of technology to anyone other than Our own Military is Treasonous. Fining the company 100 million sends a strong signal to the company but will that prevent the next company CEO from doing this with other technology? I say hang the SOB's that made this decision to sell night vision technology to China. This was a conscous decision that can lead to the Death's of Thousands of US Servicemen and women in the future.

Is China a declared enemy of the US? If so, then this could be seen as treason. If not, this is an export violation. Should they be hung for that?

Not directly, no Tchocky, but China is friends with Krazy Kim of North Korea. China has always exported their stuff to NK.

Not sure about the Chinese being friends with NK, I thought quite the oposite was the case.

Looks to me like they were caught, charged with the appropriate crime and sentenced to the appropriate punishment.

Would you send all of this to an enemy? To some random nation?
