Help, SD radar picks up ships? How does it work?

I installed the SD radar on my sub and it is picking up surface targets. I went to Radar to see if I could turn it off, and the radar station stared back at me, expressionless. I have no idea which is the SD scope and which one is not. They both look the same and both do absolutely nothing.
I'm finding that this is getting very annoying the more issues pop up. Maybe we could start a "Fix My SH4" campaign?

It is bugged. The two screens are for surface search radars, not the SD radar. The SD radar should only report aerial contacts, and should not give a bearing, only a range.
