Black triangle on horizon in Vista

I got SH3 on Vista and its running lovely at 1280x1024, the only problem I have is the odd black triangle flashing on the horizon, anybody else get this and is there a fix?

Im running Vista 32 and the ATI Cats: 7.2

Keep an eye on th ATI Drivers... ones every 2 montch on ATI Site.
and be sure you download the correct driver for the correct GPX-Card...

Than reboot computer and boot SHIII again....

Oh be sure that you delete the old ATI driver from Windows(uninstall ATI) under property(add/remove) reboot computer install the new drivers, reboot computer when back in windows start SHIII again hopefully the black thing is gone...

Cats 7.3 out today, I think, hope they fix this. This is a old bug that was fixed in XP but has again reared its ugly head in the Vista drivers.
