Wound Badge?? and Others?

Just a quick question. Why dont Captains get the Wound Badge? And another Question, Why arnt there any other Medals and Badges out there in SH3? The Narvik Badge was given to many U-Boat men, Campaign Badges for the Med??

O does anyone know wat the medals/badges are for SH4?
