I voted Tambor. I just got back from a mission where I sunk almost an entire convoy with it...that bumps it into first place. lol

I didn't vote, not only because I have only played with 3 sub types, but because they all look alike. The technology aboard may have changed during the years, but they remained the same. Just pick a boat with the best speed and many tubes, that's it.

Now, U-Boats can have such a poll. Sure there were basicaly only 2 types, but you can't beat a German sub design.

I prefer U.S subs. German subs don't do much for me.

I voted Gato class because they built them in Wisconsin off the lakeshore. Thank you Gato class for the USS Rasher and the USS Wahoo.

Salmon class for me, I think... whichever one I'm in now :)

It looks so damn sexy... like a sleak killing maching of death.

There's alot to chose from, I've only tried 3 (Gato, Salmon and Porpoise) but the career I've settled on for now is the Salmon.

Ah, the big reason is the AA gun view isn't bugged on the Salmon class, this was a big thing for me as I do enjoy failing to shoot down planes :)

Gar/Porpoise , Gar was the first boat I tried after getting the game and the Porpoise is the only one i've been able to get anywere without the attack map glitching.:-?

i havnt got the game jet :cry: its still comming :cry: but is chose for gato because i saw a lot of real photo's and just ingame screens of it and ik looks so cool :up:
