Pentium 4 HT 3.6GHz shoul I use both processors?

I was wondering if I should use both processors to play SH4? I know in dangerous waters, using both affected gameplay.
You have to goto "affinity..." to use only one or switch to both.

technically its one processor with 1 core but its designed to do 2 programs at once (not effiecient though)

Wouldn't take much to make the change in your bios and try it. I'm tempted to try it myself, but I play too many games that don't necessarily react well to the change so then I'd have to change it every time just to play one game. For instance, the IL-2 series is (according to Oleg Maddox) made to take advantage of HT and it ran fine for me that way. But since it runs fine without HT, I see no advantage.

There was a game launcher program which could set the affinity before launching individual games, but I can remember the name of it...

if anyone knows please post, I want to give it a try to see if it improves FPS.
