View Full Version : Any no tc-purists left?
I remember that when SH III was just out, there some guys who were actually playing the game without any tc - and were proud of it-, to immerse themselves as much as possible into the U-Boat experience.....:p If i recall correctly someone even left the game running while he was asleep and had the crew wake him via the loudspeakers if action was up!
Anybody plan to do this with SH IV? You might get plenty of rest considering the vast distances.....

Pretty ridiculous considering it takes almost a week just to get to Midway.
Day jobs? School?

8 hrs sleep, 8 hrs watch, 8 hrs 'work'. About a typical real schedule.
What's the problem? :smug:

In shIII i would never be that hardcore as play in normal time but i kept myself to only using a max of 16x.

Given the distances involved, I think it'd be nigh impossible to play real-time only.

That's when you are at home playing the game and "watching" for the wife to pull in the driveway. :p
Hi!
The folks who played SH3 in "TC=1" are still at it: they are still only in late 1941... :D

Point taken. Those periodic 4-week-stays in port must be REALLY boring times for them!
