Help! I'm in the middle of the pacific and none of my spare torps are reloading :)
I've hit the auto-reload back'n'forth like 10 times and accerlated to 32 for about 2 minutes and still nothing!! :)

No idea, dont have the game yet but check that your not still running silent speed and check that you have enough men in the torp compartment.

Do you have crew in the torpedo rooms? I don't have the game installed yet, so I don't know if this question makes sense.

no silent running. This was on the convoy sub school though. Perhaps there is a bug there that won't let you reload. Beats me.

Only difference that would make is better reload times.

i get this problem after i've restocked at a base :/

They either refuse to reload at all or sometiems the crew will partialy reload a torpedo but then stop. (and no i'm not in silent running mode and yes i've tried switching auto-reload off and on a few times)

I'm sitting in front of a nice fat convoy right now and can't do a damn thing cause of it... :(

Have you tried dragging the torpedos with the mouse? I had to do that to get the autoreloading started again. Just left clicked one of the reserves and dragged it over in one of the empty tubes.

The problem is when you surface it stills in some way, in silent mode....
at least I guess..

damn.. quite the first patrol cuz of this........
There is a prob.. in the long run... if just made one of my objectives?

Yeah, I had this problem, too, when surfacing in silent running mode - it won't switch off silent running (even though you press the z key), until you dive again and turn off silent running then - then the torpedoes will reload, too.
