I know the Daily Mail has a habit of exploding story's but well read on.

Now a council uses cameras in bean tins to catch bin 'criminals'

A local council is to use hidden cameras to catch residents who leave rubbish out on the wrong day.
CCTV devices will be disguised inside objects such as baked bean cans and house bricks to film offenders.

Bloody Hell!

It doesn't say how many cameras the council will put out but at £200 a pop they are certainly going to have to catch a few people to pay for it.

On the otherhand though, if the council's want to put free cameras out to residents that's their business. (& our money:stare:).

There is one floor in their plan. How many self-respecting residents will see a can of beans lying about, pick it up and put it in the bin?:rotfl: Next, we'll be paying for extra tip workers to reclaim the binned cameras.
