Load times are under 20 seconds for me.
I am running 1440x900 and every effect is maxed besides Bloom/Glare
Game runs like a freakin dream.

Specs:
AMD x64 4800
1GB DDR400
Vista Pro x32
Audigy2 SE soundcard
AMD 1900XT 512mb vidcard
