Yep, same here... I just got my email confirmation.
Only problem is, with all the feedback we've seen regarding AA, character model clipping / LOD confusion, daytime scene with nighttime clock, etc... my enthusiasm has almost bottomed-out. :-?

So was I... until today. If there's one thing I've learned from PC releases over the years, it's this:
Keep your expectations realistic and low. That way you're less likely to be dissapointed.

Dude this game rocks!, of course there are a few bumps on every release, but all in all am very happy with my purcahse, the carrerr has so much more depth then sh3. The graphics are awe inspiring. Its just a great game, give it a chance. No game is perfect on release

I'm just happy they made the game, and that it's being released. I think alot of people have their eyes glazed over with dreams of the perfect sim. Alot of people hail SH3 as perfect now, I remember its initial release.
SH4 can only get better, I for one am excited to have it, and what wonderful things will come FROM it. Yeah..alot of people will still play SH3 because they arent interested in American fleet boats in the Pacific, good for them! I'll play both because I am interested in BOTH.
Really...be happy for what we are getting in the next 48 hours, not because it's not polished like SH3....which has had 2 years.

That's right.........Fed Ex will deliver my copy on Wednesday. I have my tracking number and will be patiently waiting.

No kidding, man. Every release of every game, it's the same thing. First guy to get 20 minutes playing time rushes to post his list of things wrong with the game. Followed by some major thing that pisses everyone off and people get hysterical and announce they are canceling their order... sheesh! :damn: It's just a game, people! :smug:

Neal, no kidding. Every new game, a bunch of people show up to trash whatever has been produced. I didn't understand it for SH2, I didn't understand it for DC, I didn't understand it for SH3, and I sure don't understand it for SH4. (I also don't understand it for Armed Assault.)
But it just ain't a game to me, all I've been doing is reading about fleet boats for the last few months.
I think I am starting to go mental.... ;)

If EB Games is the way it was whe I worked there, it won't actually arrive in the store until the 21st (the date on the website is the day items ship, not the day items arrive). Things could have changed though. I'm also not sure how it will work for those who pre-ordered through EB Games, I suppose it could arrive for store pick-up delivery tommorrow...but that's not how it was when I worked there. Either way, tommorrow or the next day will see a lot of happy folks. :)
On a side note, it looks like the Overnight option will pay off. Mine is set up for delivery before 3 pm on Tuesday (tommorrow). :)

Hello, I recieved my review copy of SH4 yesterday and my Deluxe box from Ubisoft today and i live in Norway. Just wanted to give a heads up to the Norwegians :). And my order hasn't even been shipped according to my Ubishop account, go figure. BTW, the Deluxe box is awesome, a very nice mousemath not to mention the very nice documentary that came with it:)

Until now Ubi did not send me a confirmation e-mail. I did however get one mail ackowledging my order and a mail containing a bill/receipt.

Yesterday evening I received an email saying my order had been shipped, BUT, while my order, on the Ubi website, says shipped I can NOT get any FedEx tracking number.
By the way, I live in Italy.
I just got my DE copy delivered here at work.
Was checking my order status and it still states shipped=no

My Super Collector's Edition shipped today from UBI UK :D. However, I shipped regular express. I also reserved a copy at GameStop, I have not heard from them and their web site shows no copies in my vicinity :cry:.
