Hey guess what guys .I saw a car i liked on the street so i decided to steal it . After driving it around for a couple of days i decided i liked it so i drove it back to where i stole it from . No harm done hey . I then went to a legit caryard and bought one . I am not a thief !!!!

Copyright infringement isn't the same as physical theft. If stealing physically, you literally take away the object so that they are deprived of it.
A better AAAANAAAALOOOOGYYYY would be that you used a pricy device you bought earlier to make a carbon copy of the car you saw in the street. Then later you disposed of this copy-car and purchased an identical car.

And by stealing it, he is supporting the auto-theft world. And not everyone in that little world ends up returning the car to buy their own to support the dealer or auto-company.
Look, as a Devil's advocate, I have to point out that leeching a torrent actually hurts the other downloaders. Consider it a vigalante act.
