I'm being fecetious, of course.
It's good to know I was charged almost 2 weeks ago but the game still hasn't been sent for reason of fairness regarding release dates for Europe.:down:

He is working on his review I'm sure.
Most good reviewers spend some time with a game before releasing a review. It may take some extra time, but the review is usually a more accurate depiction of what the game is "really" like.

Great! My guess is the day before release!
I look forward to reading his reviews. Keeps me going until, if, the game ever gets here.
I hope neal just post some screenies. Oh how I yearn for screenies that DON'T feature a sub surfacing in front of the main formation of the IJN Combined Fleet :lol:

Once I get the game I will review it too, just like SHIII. But of course we will all have the game by that time.

That sounds a bit scandalous... Why? If you've payed for the game I don't see why you shouldn't be able to download it if it's available. I personally wouldn't do it, because it slows my connection to a crawl and I don't trust torrents, but ethically I see no problem with it. If you haven't fully paid for it it is unethical, by my estimation.
As long as you're "feeding the devs" I have no problem with it.

Another point is that when you buy a piece of software you still don't exactly own it and have any god given rights to do whatever you see fit with it. It is stipulated that you are given a license to directly use the copy and cd-key that you purchased.

There are ways around that. I'm not very well versed in how but my room mate manages it while downloading his anime. You just tend to get banned from the sites if you get caught employing them.
If you've ever read the typical licence it forbids a great many things that are common practice. Hell, Oblivion's licence forbade modding even though they released a construction set. I've never put much stock in it.
