The dev-team finally admitted MODS are included in SH4 !!!!

Maybe the translation was fuzzy as it was in other parts, but should it have said, "Let's load another mod"? Because I think the devs included a menu item to easily enable and disable mods like Supreme Commander.

In the context of the presentation, im more inclined to think it was a typo of some sort.... I beleive he meant MODE, as in gameplay mode.. While he was talking there, he was talking about the various modes of play, the subtitle for whatever reason, showed mods. Poor translation maybe.. kinda like that infamous poor translation that's been all over the internet.. "all your base are belong to us" :roll:

While the "mods" line was obviously a miss spell of mode, the next guy clearly mentioned "torpedo bombers" which inplies the presence of AI torpedoes in SHIV!

Indeedy. We can also see that airplanes are actively "bombing" or "torpedoing" the ship he's planning a solution for, so hopefully there'll be ai torpedoes. One can only hope that they will add sub-launched torpedoes as well from ai subs. And surfacing/diving ai subs as well. But that might be pushing it :D

It's been thoroughly stated by the Dev Team that there will not be AI Subs. I have serious doubts they'll be added in a patch either.

There were several misspellings in the entire translation that I saw. I wouldn't get too worked up about this..... :D
The translation was not good at all. I am romanian, and Emil was referring to the different mods of play..multi, single etc.

I think the translation was Mods. as in Moderators, so if we want we can stick Drebbel into the game, the whole "Lets see or Lets load another mod." meant that if we want we can load pictures of our favorite moderators into the boat, Or even a blow up doll that looks like one of the moderators.

C'mon men...I'm romanian too. So, the translation was poor...I don't give a damn, and you shouldn't too. I've visited Ubi Romania, there are some special people there. Techincal guys, pragrammers...they usually don't make very good speeches and so on. They always let their work speak for them.
