I havent seen this in the various video's, maybe in the screenshots but not sure. are the various submarine interiors different in the differnet classes say a S boat vs a Gato or even a Balao class??
Also, how many classes of submarines are in the game? I know S class and Gata and even Balao but what about the P Class?

I hope so. I would say yes. Cause they did it in SH3, surely they wouldn't leave it out in SHIV

I got this information which was compiled by AG124 with help from many other forum members in the thread titled Confirmed SHIV Ships So Far (http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?t=99954)...
Submarines:
- S Class.
- P class (Porpoise Class).
- Tambor class.
- Salmon class.
- Gato class.
- Balao class.

The named classes are often improved upgrades of a prior class and not really a new type of boat. It looks like we really have 3 distinct boat types with different interiors: the S-boats (which have a very distinctly different layout), the pre-war fleet boats, and the mass production wartime boats.
