I think I average 12-18 hours a week no more than the odd 22. :ping:

Heck what a wast of life, excuse me it's time to set sail.

I do a reasonable 2 hours per day and probably 10 hours during the weekend. Oops, that's about 20 hrs a week. Phewww, good thing I'm divorced.

At least 6 hrs on Saturday, and more on Sunday:D So that at least 12 hrs a week.

I also play SH III during week nights, but I can't do it as often as I want to, but when I can play I limit my play time to 2-3 hrs on week nghts ...

Again, I am not at liberty to discuss these time considerations as "the walls have ears", and should my better half find out my true game times, i could end up finding myself on one of those "Someone talked" posters..:dead::dead::dead:

I try to play 2-3 hours in the evening when the missus and kids are gone to bed. She used to think I was looking at porn:D Now she's found out I'm a Nazi U-boat freak who sinks passenger ships (her words!) She'd prefer it if i was watching porn:lol:

Usually play 3 to 4 hours at a time and have a standard patrol done in one week real time. When back in base let the sub being refitted and the crew have a good time for at least a week while the Kapt'n goes flying a Bf 109 on the Eastern Front or F16 in Korea, Balkans or Desert Storm. Rinse and repeat.

I get to play no more than 4-5 hours a week. Unfortunately work and other things keep getting in the way. I also stray from SHIII and give Dangerous Waters a go now and again.

In fact the "bad" thing about sub sims compared to most other games is that they are slow paced sims and require a lot of time in the campaign mode. The good thing is that because there is lot of non action time, you don't have to stare at the screen all the time and you can do something else while it's running - of course we have many accounts this has lead to some bad events like if you're too far away when planes show up or forget you just hit the D key before going in the kitchen to prepare a coffee or grab a beer in the fridge...:D

This kind of thing happened to me a few times, so now when I am running surfaced in hostile waters I grab a book and stay close to the keyboard. I make the kitchen stop or anything else away from the PC only when far from danger or submerged...:D

2-3 times a week, maybe 4-5 hours total tops, which is plenty for me. Work, kids, a life, keep me plenty occupied:up:

Sat/Sun mornings maybe 2-3 hrs each, + about 2-3 hrs twice or so during the week, so total around 12 hrs per week. Usually takes me about a week to do a patrol.

I guess if I average it out for a week it would be about an hour and a half a day (10.5 hours a week). But some days can be 4 to 5 hours. I still fly the Il2 stuff and I’ve notice after several hours of flying when I get out, I go to GWX and cruise for a little while and unwind (if I’m not be hunted by a DD)

Well, I still break to pee...

Just left my job, with that in mind I'm catching up... been playing 9hours today with about 2hours left before I'll NEED a break.

ugh... when I'm lying on my deathbed I'm sure I'll regret my time wasted at my PC.

When my grandkids ask me "what did you achieve in life?" I'll probably be able to say "well kido, I sunk an aircraft carrier once."

Hopefully I'll die before an explanation is needed and they'll remember me a hero.

I have to work during the day, so there is no SH3ing there, but during the evening, my pc room becomes my Zentrale. I generally do a few days/a week patrolling via TC then, when it's time to turn in, I submerge and leave it on x1 whilst I sleep.

I put in around 4-5 hrs per night after work ( I work from 4pm till 1am so no one is awake but me ) and on the weekends it will be in the 10 to 15hr range. So I guess that is like what 30 to 40hrs per week. I did not realize it was that much. Good thing the wife doesn't know or my arse would be in abit of a fix.:D

Ditto. Plus I am job hunting and taking classes for a Master's degree (M.
Div)

The hours I eek out for SHIII (and soon SHIV - but I doubt I will totally give up SHIII GWX) are precious indeed - and would be viewed as foolish and foolhardy by the Chair of the Domestic Ways and Means committee:D.

So I Run silent (earphones on, speakers off), Run deep (into my spouse's slumber)..........
