the premium pack?? like in a store? not online but ill try to get online but it might be last resort, wil i be able to get the premium pack (with 100pg manual etc..) at ebgames??

All North American versions will initially ship with the extra items and be available from all retailers (it's not called a Premium Edition, however). If you're referring to the Deluxe Edition, that's only available via Ubisoft's UK online store. After shipping, VAT and GBP exchange, that will run you approximately $175.00 CAD.

It has the recognition manual, yes. In North America, it's not called a Collectors or Special Edition. It's just a standard edition, but all initial copies will ship with "bonus" items.

From what I understand, the "Deluxe" version is only available from the UK store.
