where to find the official recomended specs

Where are the official minimum and recommended specs for SH4 ? I found with SH3 the recommended specs were actually for me , the minimum specs . I want to know the official recommended specs so that i know what computer parts to buy !!!!!!!

Luckily I'm only under recomended on the RAM, but thats only 512 under :p
