The things I remember about Subsim...

Here is where you get to post your memories of Subsim.com, from your humble beginnings at it, to what has happened recently on this site.


Here are mine:

1. I joined on September of `06
2. I posted my first thread "how do I?"
3. I first meet Kapitan, Yahoshua, and Neal
4. I quickly climb the avatar ranks, rapidly raising my postcount
5. I witnessed Sub Serpent getting banned
6. I saw many people join, with quite a few becoming "active posters"
7. Subsim broke 800+ posts
8. Neal publishes the "Subsim Almanac-2007 edition
9. We broke 1,000 posts!!!
10. I witnessed Jamie leaving Sonalysists (We've left your boat in good care, Jamie! We'll keep it warmed up and ready, for when the apopcalypse arrives)
11. I saw the very hard work and dedication of Luftwolf, Molon Labe, OneShot, Xabba, and Bill Nichols to get the countless versions of the LWAMI mod available, day in and day out.
12. I saw the newest active member of this wonderful site join (Penelope_Grey)

I failed to collect all the old SH2 mods when I lost them to a HDD fail.

Many have been lost forever.
