Hi everyone here!...little question..

I'm playing SHIII with GWX and there is something that i'm always asking to me: but the famous "new orders" button when appear?
Example: i am out for my patrol on the grid XX00....during the trip to the grid i meet a big enemy convoy, i send a contact report and attack it. At the end i am out of torpedoes and after sending a patrol report, and receive the message "keep up with the good work" i decided to go to a friendly base XXX to resupply for the original mission. All go ok...but now, when i resume the game from the friendly base, i haven't anymore the old orders of the patrol area XX00, and the button "request new orders" doesn't appear in the game...so what i must do? go around and find some enemy? Wait for any message report and go for it? ok...but...that useful button where is ?????

"Request new orders"....i miss you!

Thanks in advance!
Byez

I'm affraid this button doesn't exist in GWX (at least I haven't seen it). All you can do is go to your patrol area to get the renown and then go wherever you fancy to get yourself some nice tonnage.

Not in GWX/Not in Stock SH3.

You have docked at a port for refuel/rearming, the game will not assign you a new patrol grid or new orders. In fact I'm surprised that the grid doesn't read 'NULL'.

You will not get new orders until you return to your home port and start a new patrol.

The feature exists in the manual but it was never implemented in the actual game.
