This thing is used to throw stones. The gum attached to your legs, you put a stone in the middle, draw the gum and then release it. Extremely powerfull. Grenades and Molotov's cocktails can be thrown this way too (but one has to be cautious with Molotov's coctails - the bottle/container can break while releasing). :)
