can anybody tell me what these are?
as far as i know their chinese but i have no idea as to what class

Probably either Ming or Romeo Class SSK's. The Ming is basically an updated Romeo so there isn't much in the way of difference.

The Chinese never operated Foxtrots, as far as I can tell from open sources, but they do have a similar appearance to the Romeo class.

i dont think so
look on the southern end of the bay there are like 4 ming's they are much skinnier. and these subs also have a conning tower thats much bigger then the others
