IV Europe release date?

I hope it'll (IV) find it's way to Finland by end of March. Sometimes games are availible here months after they have launched in US/Central Europe.

if the games to be released by march 14th then they should be at final beta stage with it goin gold in 2 weeks. could be wrong but readin this forum i get the feelin that we're not that close yet.

but im not that fussed it almost feels to early for the game to come out, the way i see it the longer it takes the better it will hopefully be

Can't believe that it is so hard to find an english version of SH4 CE. Either you pre-order SH4 (english version) that will be released on March 16 or you have to wait a week to get the German CE version. I know 1 week isn't that much but I'm a really, really impatient person.:oops::nope:

Mine is interesting as well (IMO), the title is: "Afro Americans in the US Army- Desegregated but unequal?" As the title says it's about the desegregation of the US Army (time frame: '48-'53). However I'm not very good at writing such things if I have to meet a deadline.;)

Europeans will have the European Collector's Edition available to them, yes. The real confusion lies with the so-called Super Collector's Edition. The latter seems that it will be available from Ubisoft and no other retailer. And from what I can tell, the specifics of what this package will contain is still a bit of a mystery.

The Super Collectors Edition may be normal SH4 but without bugs.:rotfl:

The European CE receives the game soundtrack CD, whereas the North American CE is packaged the 1-hour of WWII-era documentary footage about US subs from Periscope Films on a Bonus DVD, instead of the game soundtrack. I believe the Australian CE version gets a pen instead of the other two.

Well I believe it also comes (all region CE versions) with a 100 page manual including reference material, a fold-out historical map of the Pacific theater, a fold out ship recognition poster and a quick reference card.

Though I suspect you were referring to the difference between the 1-hr sub documentary, audio track CD and pen, as lame?

No worries. Keep in mind that Super Collectors Edition notwithstanding, initially, all versions of the game are coming with these "extras." Once these intial runs are sold out, Ubi will simply remove some/all of the "extras." However, I'd imagine it's a given that the manual and reference card will always be included (like SH3).
