The update patch is ready. The Beta Testers are having a look at it as we speak (I've just finished a patrol in the Black Sea) and it should be ready for the general public in about two weeks (if all goes well and there are no problems)

There will be changes in the ships and planes rosters and on some ship positions in harbours. There will not be any new units. For those you will have to wait until the spring/summer update.

So far all the testers have been working on it, and I know that all the Devs have put a huge amount of effort into it. So we should be able to sort out any small problems (if they exist) quickly. On the other hand you don't want us to release it too soon as you don't want to see bugs and the need for more fixes afterwards isn't it?;) :D

Many things are interlinked

The availability dates for the Flower and Hunt have been changed to historic ones
Therefore the Campaign files are needed
As the campaign files are needed then you will HAVE to have the updated ship cfgs and missions or CTD
And so it goes on

So far the installer is 72MB and the installed product it's about 200-220MB. Obviously things can change depending on the Beta Testing Results. Either way it's a big baby and there is a lot of thought and work in there:yep:

It's due in a couple of weeks providing the beta testing doesn't unearth some major problems which is highly unlikely from what I've seen thus far :nope:
