It's good to be back!

I have returned from my first war patrol since reinstalling PA 1.1. Sunk a submarine off Formosa in a fierce gun and torpedo firefight, then a tanker in the Strait proper. Not the most succesful mission, but my next one shall be better!
I hear news of an S-boat mod, where can I pick this up?
Sink 'em all!
