Where's the 1280 x 1024 mod please??

Hi all, i use to have a mod wich allowed me to play SH3 at 1280 x 1024 resolution. The DVD on wich the mod was on is not readable anymore and, i did a format on my Pc.

Anyone can tell me where is that mod please.
