Franklin Mint, lets see. I have over 30 of the cars. 15 of the aircraft by Armour(owned by Franlin Mint). I have seen an American sub but it is pricey. Something like $350.00. I think the aircraft carrier is $450.00. You can get with monthy payments.

Here is the main page.
Danbury mint is nice also.

Who would pay such a price for die-cast model ships and subs.much cheaper to build your own.

Thats what I thought at first, its definitly pricey. But then I noticed that its signed by the captain, so I'm sure that is most of the price right there.

no prob -- there is a die cast metal u boat out there somewhere not that plastic one -- not sure but someone other than flanklin mint makes it ---------------------------------too be continued
Franklin mint stands for your the mug if you pay are prices. ;)
I'll have to run up to the Franklin Mint in Philly, northbound on Rt 1, one of these days and see what kind of trouble I can get into with the "Warden".... aka the wife.
I'd die a less painfull death if I get the Revell model than a FM diecast. Tho either way I'd be deep doo doo. :yep:

What is nice about the Mint is that they will give you the model on the spot for a meager sum and then you make monthly payment. Thats how I got the planes and cars I have. The aircraft carrier diecast is super nice!
