can anybody tell me how to get the fix for the "oil" scenario in DC?

I had the same problem, apparently there is no centralized download location for this fix. badhat17 sent it to me some time ago. I'll upload it here:

Legend has it that the fix can be found at the official site, many have quested for it and only one has ever succeeded to my knowledge. I failed miserably but our gallant GStew sent it to me.

It is often requested and as it is a tiny file then it might be a good idea if Neal was to host it at subsim.

I like a lot DC, my only regret is that "casablanca" mission.
No way to complete it as the game crash all the time.

I've been able to complete that mission. It crashed several times, then, one time, it didn't crash. I don't know why, but apparently it doesn't crash every time. Just most of the time.

By the way, Neal has put the fix for the Oil mission in the Subsim downloads section for Destroyer Command.
