Help!

I loaded up Silent Hunter 3, complete with 1.4 patch, GWX and the December update, only to find that the pointer on the menu hits against an invisible wall, prohibiting me from picking some options. At first I thought it was because I had synchronisation on, but its not that. Help, I neeeed this game

What do you mean by "some options"? Can you browse the menu? If not, what is unaccessible?

Well I can access most options, but its like the boundary for the pointer is limited, so when I start my career, I cant get the pointer down to "Start Career"

Did you mess up with your screen/game resolution?

Did you try to run game as a window instead? Did it help?

I was running the game in a window for a while, then I changed it back, I think I'll try setting it as a window again. And no, I didnt mess with the resolution

I really don't know... I'd try to set it to full screen then restart the computer and try, and if that doesn't help I'd switch it to window again and then play while waiting for more help from forum members. :)

Well its working now, it turned out that I tried to edit the resolution lower than it was (to run it windowed) and hadnt changed it back :oops:
