Howzit, mates!

Any advice for intercepting radio contacts from the BdU in really bad weather? I just had two close ones, both head-on sightings - and on one of them, my watchmen didn't see her until she was a hundred meters off, and we collided (lengthwise thank Neptune)!!! I lost both contacts on the sonar after submerging to hear them. Thoughts?

Cheers

Honestly? Normally in very bad weather I don't even try to intercept. I just grumble and curse and hope for better, clearer weather soon.

So, would you say the shortest visibility at which you'd take on an intercept would be 750-1000m? 500m?

Like Albrecht said, I don't even try it. Real U-boat crews had to let some go because they weren't in proper conditions for an attack. I try and emulate that as well, as I'm one of those "ultra realism" geeks.
