Neal is the winner of each month out of the running for a year? Or can these lucky winners continued to be nominated and possibly win another month.

Those rules are fine with me, but what happens if for example cptsimfreak goes out and recruits 30 or 40 fellow sky divers to join up and vote ... Would that be a problem ... whoops maybe I've given someone an idea ... I'm sure it'll be okay.
This is one of the most exciting things I've seen at subsim in a long time, though.
Come on everbody ... vote!

Starting to heat up now Kpt Lehman has pulled out way ahead, but Sailor Steve is now in second place for the first time. Well Sailor Steve's second place lead didn't last for long. Bigboywooly and Sailor Steve are now tied for second place and it's been going back and forth, neck and neck for several minutes ... Whoops, Sailor Steve just went back into the lead for second place. Now Bill has moved three up over Seth taking a soild lead for fourth place.
They can't hold this pace for long ...

Oi... My turtle was the fastest?
I'm humbled.
I have to say though that if this were a medal... I'd have to wear it for the crew... not for myself. I can think of many that I feel deserve the honor much more than myself. Without the guys on the team... there'd be no GW or GWX... and without GWX I think I wouldn't be writing this bit.;) Mostly all I did was just to bring them all into the same room and let them rip!

I proudly present Kpt. Lehman's bio
At the time of this writing I am 35 years old. I've had the furtune to do and see some interesting things in life. I spent seven years in the U.S. Army field artillery, first as a cannoneer and later a gunner on the multiple launch rocket system. (MLRS) I might say that it was fun blowing stuff up... but mostly it was just hard and dirty work. I will say though that it was a lot of fun getting to drive those big tracked beasts. The thought of having a rookie driver still hurts my teeth and ribs though, LOL.
Following that I took a desk job for three years as a credit analyst for a major cell phone company. Ummm, that was so boring that I went back to school at night for two years after I woke up one morning wanting a job that mattered.
Upon completing school I went to work as an advanced Emergency Medical Technician for my city's emergency ambulance service and spent the last four years there. This is a job that I have loved and hated all in the same breath. It took me places and had me doing things that are truly crazy. One minute you are brushing your teeth before heading out the door to go on duty... and half an hour later you are flying down the road with lights and sirens... driving straight into someone's worst nightmare... to try and make things right. At times it could break your heart. Things are rarely likeyou see them on TV... but every once in a while we got to make a real difference.
As far as U-boats and submarines are concerned... I always enjoyed watching documentaries and trying to understand the courage of those who would climb down through the hatch and go to sea in a boat that was designed to SINK!!! I remember being five years old and taking a mental cruise with the crew of a Gato as a gentleman in my church at the time, described what it was like when his boat was depth charged by the Japanese. THOOB THOOOB.... WHAM WHAM!!!
Being mostly land-locked for most of my life in West Texas... and land-locked everywhere that the military sent me, eventually made me into a flight simulator pilot. I still have a very warm feeling in my heart whenever I see anything concerning WW I aviation. For two years prior to coming to Subsim.com I flew with Jagdstaffel 5 online and was a proud member of The Greentailed Devils of Boistrancourt. This also lead to my first experiences with modding.
At length... a copy of SH3 found its way onto my PC after I had suddenly become quite interested in U-boats following a documentary I had seen on the discovery of U-869. (Read "Shadow-Divers" by Robert Kurson!)
At Subsim.com I met a huge, wonderful crowd of fine and helpful people who shared my own unusual interests! In my city of 200,000 land-locked Texans... I haven't met a submarine enthusiast... but I know they are out there... the Submarine models at the local hobby shop don't stay on the shelf for long... Someone is buying them other than me. :O)
I think some surveillance may be in order. "AHA!!! You with the submarine model
In my role as project manager for The Grey Wolves Development team I've had the true fortune to bring together some of the best minds and modders available to the community from all over the world to make improvements on an already great game. I hope that in the end, the impact we've made collectively with The Grey Wolves is a positive one. We may sometimes disagree on individual matters here at Subsim... sometimes loudly... but at the end of the day we really do all wear the same uniform...
...the shadow grey of the silent hunter!
Sink them ALL!!!
