This is a link from ExtremeTech that came in an email. Might be useful if you're planning an "in-place" ugrade from XP to Vista. The bad news is - "Windows 2000 and Windows XP x64 cannot be upgraded in place at all."

So I'll have to do a clean install. Is that such a big deal? I don't think so.
