I think my question is still valid, as the copyright laws differ in different countries, sometimes A LOT. What's legal and _normal_ in Germany, Poland or Indonesia can be illegal and punished in US etc.
I'm NOT breaking the law advocate, don't misunderstand me. I'm just curious about the law governing this very forum.

Its a small country called "Neil Stevens" and where he resides I guess thats the law.
