Can't find traffic on the US East coast?

In the past ive seen complaints about being unable to find traffic on the US eastern seaboard.

Well, here's a bit of a clue for you, just incase you missed the memo ;)
(that memo being most of the traffic is up on the continental shelf in 30 meters of water with fairly regular patrols by DD's; - but theres a couple spots where they come off the shelf)

Sometimes you get grey markings if the weathers involved or at the extreme sensor range
Neutral are normally green

I sank a couple of neutrals, not on that patrol, but the next one, and yes the sink markings are green, not grey. A couple fat 20K tankers in ED98, i shot first, ID'ed country later. I didnt see the neutral lighting until the torpedo's were already on the way (3000 meter shot, light fog). After that i just sat there cursing.

Ive had no problems on the east coast sail in the shallows or close to them and you will find a convoy sooner or later.

:hmm: I suppose its possible i fatfingered the keyboard when editing the englishnames.cfg and unintentinally stuck a K in there. Ill doublecheck when i get home. If so, ill blame it on the cat. :lol:

if theres no K, then well, i didnt do it!

edit: ( could be a bug not of my doing, K as in captial K, along with LAKE seems intentional. regardless, ill doublecheck when i get home from work.)

KLAKE is the class name
EnglishNames.cfg should read KLAKE=Lake ship

meh, ill check later. Not a big deal really. More likely then not, it's a bug of my own making. although for the class name to show up, id have had to totally remove the line associated to it in the englishnames.cfg, something that i highly doubt i'd have done.

Only other explanation i can think of is if you included an updated version of englishnames.cfg in the december fix and i forgot to update that file my own mod directory, which is also entirely possible as i consider the file trivial, and would have overlooked it, not prioritizing it at all.

I know why...... I ahhh..... accidentally used an englishnames.cfg from beta :oops:

EDIT: Fixed it. Thanks for bringing that to my attention.

yeah its GWX, but i didnt change the ship icons. The sunken ship icons behave as normal. I didnt do anythign to them at all.
