"Operations" in GWX

Guys, I've had a look through the GWX manual and frankly my head hurts :)
I see that it simulates some operations (such as Operation Diplomat in 1942). In simple, easy steps, how would I start to play one of these?

... while I remember, should GWX show more single-missions? I seem to only have the stock ones.

The operations you see in the manual are patr of the career mode. If you are in the area at the particular time you will see the operation unfolding. As far as the single missions are concerned I don't know. I know that BBW has made a few for the MP games so you might wat to speak to him about it.
