Deck Gun Crew

I'm still on my 1st patrol. My deck gun crew couldn't hit the side of a barn door. They must be all cousins of Bernard :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Are they qualified??? I have 3 qualified gunners enen though I'm the one aiming.. My flak gunners are qualified & much more accurate than I am, when I can get them to fire :damn:

:yep: - If you do it from within SH3 Commander's Manage Crew Option. You can apply qualifications and medals to every member of your crew in one go.

As Dan said you can give as many qualifications and medals to your crew as you like. The only thing you cannot give is extra promotions. (i.e you cannot promote someone if he doesn't have enough experience to reach that rank)
