Lost my career

I quit and saved last week. Now I don't seem have have my saved career? Where did it go?

Did it say "Save OK."? I have saved before and it said saved failed and I click OK and that is that:cry:. Sometimes saving while submerged, around warships, will not work. Just my experience.

yeah i lost my career too, im playing vanilla atm and i had done 25 patrols on my last mission i sunk 44,000 of shipping i returned to base and requested a transfer i got the transfer and started the patrol finished it and went to bed. i loaded up again the next day but my saved career was screwed, as soon as i started my patrol i would cbtd :damn: i even tried loading up earlier saves and i still got the same thing. so fresh install done seems fine now:stare:
