Mission report 2, 1939

Another mission this time to AN13...
U-Boot: U-49
Weather: calm from Wilhelmshaven till Grid AN13..
Grid: AN13

I was be able to took out 4 ships by deckgun, to save some torps for later on...

The mission was in somewhat dissapointed, the biggest ship that i sunk was a mid-large cargo ship, the rest are small ships... but i cant have it all luck like the first mission to torp a BB!!!

But i was surprise that there is a DD in 1939 that had sonar and pinged me, i try to intersept him and fired a torpedo, but didn't explode...
than the DD was heading toward me, pinging at me, so i say this: "3.2.1., Rig Silence", than DD lost me, but he was in great speed and collided me frontal, the whole UBoot bounche like a skippy-ball, and my Coney tower was pretty damaged...
I thought, he come back and depth charging me, but he slows down, and starting to sink....

DD was sunked, no score, oh well, better luck next time...
Lucky for me, my Uboot didn't make to much water and was fixed in no-time...

Check the odds.... dont you see it?, take a closer look on the depth meter... on the big meter it said "130 meter" but actualy i am getting surfaced after the fix...
BUG? or my big meter is kaput.... you tell me...

Yes my last torp i used on a light-houseship, to bad it didn't sink, but after i fired the torpedo, i had 4 DD's closing in... with luck, i swith back to Silence Running, and dive till 78meter...

And disapears in darknes, without any trace :D

As i said, not biggie this time, but it wil harder and harder everytime... maybe next patrol will be bigger, further information soon!!!

sneaking around, or sneaking in the convoy i am good at it.. but when the hell brake loose, those DD's try to come and get me... :D if they are lucky, mostly DD send the Escort out for dirty works...
