Need help in installing GWX, can someone help?

1:Make sure you have a clean installl of SHIII (no mods, only vanilla game)
2:Install the 1.4b patch.
3:Install GWX
4:Install the 23 december upgrades.

And don't forget, if you used SH3 Commander in the past, perform a rollback before all of the above.

And the old chestnut.....delete SH3 folder in C\MyDocuments :damn:

And make sure nothing is left behind from the unstall to your SHIII directory. If you still see the SHIII folder after the unstall, delete it.:up:

I have the same problem.

Uninstalled SHIII, deleted SHIII folder in my documents, reinstalled SHIII and official patch, but ...

At any attempts GWX installation fails with a message telling something like "file uboat21" corrupted.
Any ideas?
