first time poster here and i just got the game! i love the XIB model..love terrorizing the brits lol but i like to know how to change the begining sub.. i like to start with the XIB..thanks in advance

Start in the 2 Flotille @ Wilhemshaven in October. Or try SH3 Commander, that way you can choose your boat prior to launching SH3, amongst many other things, it's an excellent addition that many people use.

While you have a clean install, get GWX and install it, along with commander 2.7 GWX will take no extra time to learn, and SH3CMDR will take about five minutes Welcome aboard, mate.
