Hey folks, does anyone know any good websites that have typical orders given on a submarine? Regulation type stuff, like "XO, send the word, Dive Dive Dive". Any help would be appreciated :)

I was looking for something like this too.
Some authentic reports and transmissions would be cool too. Sit reps to BdU and the like.

That sounds interesting. I'd like to know, too.

I think that Bill would be the perfect person to ask about this.
My Granddad told me his sub skipper never used "DIVE DIVE DIVE".
He used other 4 letter words to communicate what he wanted.
PAWPAW was on a sub in Pearl Harbor DEC. 7th 1941.
It is a grizzly tale of heroism and death.
I would like to know also.

Probaly because "Stear 355" was once misunderstood...
I've heard so as well, only "Dive Dive" is used.
I always thought the order was submerge the ship.

Clark Gable said "Dive! Dive!"
That's good enough for me.
