Updated Roster Defside

I have added the correct (more or less) dates for entry and swaping sides some the countries that are in the expanded flag .dat . does anybody want it?

The trouble with changing dates in the defside is it has a knock on effect on shipping etc

What changes did you make and for what mod lol or is it stock
